When I was a real little kid, my big brother gave me my first skateboard for my sixth birthday, a Santa Cruz "Jammer." Somewhere between butt-boarding down South 43rd Street and my first kick turn, I took my first trip to the Flowerday basement skateshop in order to pick up some legit board flair (a Bones sticker) from Rich's display case.I never injured myself more on any board since and just found out that big bro still has my old deck in his collection. What was your first deck?

Mine was an orange Nash with a kicktail.
The first board i ever stepped on was a plastic one i got at a garage sale that had a picture of a gopher on it and it said "gopher it!" but my first wood skateboard was a rob roskopp
Skull Skates Hosoi. Black dip with pink graphics. Red Trackers and OJII Team Riders. A friend bought a new set up and gave me his old one because my father wouldn't let me have a skateboard. I hid it in various locations for six months.
It got run over by a car and snapped. I then bought my first deck...a Natas.
Jeff Phillips. Just brought it back to colorado from my moms attic after christmas. rode it to the grocery store a day or so ago. gonna go and check out the little skate park in the park by my house one of these warmer days.
