I burned dolls in college
I shot photos of some of my doll friends on fire out in the Nevada desert on a fieldtrip in 1982. It created quite a toxic cloud, but was quick and painless. It was in an old concrete factory that looked like a post apocalyptic Terminator style movie stage. I doubt if the smoldering remains of my burning dolls had much impact on that eerie garbage heap. I've often wondered if they are still there where I left them? If you're out for a drive east of Death Valley and you happen to see a small road marker that reads "Carrera", do me a favor and make your way up the 3 mile dirt road and look for the 26 year old melted remnants that I left and send me a portrait of my babies.

Wurd up Google
I couldn't remember how to spell should the other day. SHOULD. should. It's a pretty simple word to spell but for some reason it was gone. Just like in grade school when you'd embarrassingly ask how to spell the, when, or who. It sucks. And everyone acts like it's never happened to them and totally makes fun of you as if it's never and or will never happen to them.
Same with dumb questions. Was driving home with my friend last night talking about the new year when we starting thinking about how time was derived, how the calendar works and ultimately ending on what B.C. and A.D. stood for. (unfortunately no we weren't stoned.) We had no clue and felt like idiots for it.
But that's where the Google.com drop menu common search bar support group comes in. See their new feature is probably to help you find what you need when you can't quite think of what to search for when searching for other common posts. But. What they didn't realize is that it helps you not feel so stupid in times like this knowing that someone before you has searched the same thing, and, not only that, but how many results are with said query. In this case, 21 million. Few.
So what does it mean? Who cares right? It's New Years Eve, lets go get drunk and google it in the morning.
All the best in the New Years to all my ePlayaz.

Set Lists
While at my parents representing this holiday I went through some old stuff and stumbled upon this, quite possibly the greatest set list ever created by man (in my eyes.)
My friend Kyle Joeseph Burns and I used to collect set lists from basically every show we went to. During the time Hot Water Music was touring quite a bit in the Midwest and we made sure as hell we were at every single show that was humanly possible to get to. I think the show was in Chicago if my memory serves me correct--we saw them about 4 nights in a row that time around and they were playing the most amazing sets, this one just stood out as my favorite of all the shows I've seen.
Not sure if anyone else collected set lists or has any stories of their favorite shows in the past but I thought it'd be far out to see the lists or hear the stories in the comments. Or in another post, I mean the possibilities are endless, right?
Right, on.
Merry Christmas!
