Loco things are going on

at 3am last night, fireworks, a parade, a band, hundreds of people singing in the streets, and the chruch bells, oh the church bells.

fireworks every 10 min for one hour, bells every 10-15 min for an hour. 3-4 am, wtf man?

some kind of x mass type holliday here.
then, parades all day, the streets shut down.
the only way to get around ... bike.
