Was in the OC this past week looking for a place to live and hanging with my homie Apple.
We went for a little bike ride and a few days later an epic X-Ray photo was taken. I'll let him do the talking.

Apple, I've been on a ride with someone when they ran into one of those poles. Not so good.
Broke my hand last year (and my face) and was riding a bike with drop bars w/in a couple weeks. Not flat bars, though, 'cause they hurt too much.
Hope you get back to it soon.
