sounds like utopia to me.
Wow. Inspiring.
People are always saying Portland is the number one bike city in the US...but it doesn't come close to Copenhagen. Most drivers still don;t respect bikes and even more, cities (including Portland) don't support road and trafic law changes.
what is great is that this can happen anywhere.
