WWASH Is Tonight (exclamation points!)


Happy winter solstice!

WWASH #7 (winter solstice edition) is tonight, December 22, 6pm at Yia Yia's — 1423 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Bolzen Beer Band will be playing live music, and the friendly staff at Yia Yia's will be making your pizza and pouring your beverages, and Screen Ink. will be screening WWASH T-Shirts, live and in color.

This excerpt from the upcoming documentary film, Heartland, features a letter written by eight-year-old Joplin native, Emma Jasperson. She and her family survived the May 22nd EF-5 tornado in the closet of their home. This footage was captured in the Spring of 2011 along with the interviews of 10 Joplin families. Their stories are coming in 2012.
