Freaked me as well and did some googling, even though I am mad at google I could not bring myself to use bling or yahoo
almost every time this happens it is because of being thought of as a spam blog. It is the google robots that do the locking down and if the owner of the blog requests a review it will get cleared up by an actual human and they will send you an apology.
