Ethnic import juices still have that tab. My favourite guava juice comes in a can with one of those. I find it more hygienic as the outside of the tab never enters the liquid.
That's from a can of Budweiser circa 1968.
I have the can it came from - RC Cola - found it 2 weeks ago in the wall of our house (Lincoln NE)
