It's a rare and completely secret hallucinogen that's was once thought to be native only to Phish shows between 1995 and 2004, but has since made its way into the sculling and field hockey scenes prominent in the Atlantic Northwest.
... or it's background props. I can't remember which.
my guess is 'back gate pass.' but drugs are good too.
