their dry stout is awesome, but most drinkers are probably drinking their wheat...which is alright, but i am not drinking it. unless its the only thing to drink.
personally i find the definition a bit bullshit as does Sammy A. I think they used to define the a small batch brewer as a micro brewery, which Sammy A's definitely is not. To me the term "craft" denotes techniques not volume.
imho i think craft should define a beer that is made traditionally with water, malt, hops, and yeast. no adjuncts.
