he is this super funky artist/custom bike builder/historian/smart ass/collector/dad/restaurant owner/ that live in Springville Utah he does great art and is a great guy but It is stories are the best part about this dude tim and i film him a lot in fact when we get something cut together we will post it on good problem oh yeah his name is jeff decker
