The Potter's Meal

I fell in love with this guy's ideas about art, food, gardening, family, sex, god, money, and how it's all connected.
I also really love the idea that eating is household performance art that happens everyday in the kitchen.
A good problem to Joe: eating out of styrofoam.
I remember him saying "Eating: something so sacred you just don't do it in styrofoam."
